I must have been at a different E Street on Sunday because I thought it was good prep. I will say, however, that the track deteriorated quickly. There were a lot of fast guys (and girls) there early pounding out laps and with the shorter track it didn't take long for the some strange holes to develop. The track has been prepped almost exactly the same every time I have been there, the first laps at E Street are always beautiful.
