Dude, those videos of the workouts are gnaaarly! haha i couldnt do half of what they expect you to do lol. I started riding my road bike for like 20 miles 3 days a week and riding 3 times a week and goin to the gym twice a week to lift light weight but A LOT of reps. I could tell it helps a lot when it came to riding and racing. did the worcs race for an hour and a half and i felt like i could of done another one ! i was not even close to being tired. Diet helps a lot too.. i try to not drink sodas, only when its like absolutely necessary lol
