so yea Ive been taking the advice, its hard to do much exercise right now as my ankle is still kinda tweaked but I can mange to jump rope at a good speed for about 3 10 minute intervals before it starts to hurt, doin some pushups also,and Ive also cut out fast food, my dad and step mom went to the store and got a bunch of fruit and stuff and I havnt had a soda in a few days, which I actually cut down on, a few years ago I would drink like 6-8 sodas a day, then I really cut back this last year or so to at most 1 a day if any, Ive actually lost a decent amount of weight, I used to be real BIG, ask anthony he'll tell you, but Ive been drinkin alot of water and propel, has like 10 calories or some crap and its pretty good, had subway today on the way home from club instead of those a&w chilli dogs and fries,lol, im really getting into this whole diet and excercise thing, thanks for all the tips and keep em coming
