freaking shagonwagon! i saw you at club today and you chilled on the side the track more than what you rode! haha you gotta start riding non stop! until your like exhasuted! then go back to the track, hidrate your self and chill for a bit and then come back out! if your racing the novice class go put 7-10 fast ass laps.. as fast a s you can go. Then day of the race your only doing 4 or 5 and it will seem like nothing! All of the workout in the world wont help for crap if you dont get a LOT of seat time you know?
