just thought id bump the thread up lookin for some more tips, I havnt had fast food in the last 3 weeks, like a soda a week at most and ive dropped 10 punds and rode yesterday at argyll for a good 10-15 laps without stopping, came in and got gas and some water and did another 5 or 6 till i needed a break, I can tell its helping alot, i try to jumprope or jog a little each day and im still waiting to get money for a gym membership or something, so im open to anymore tips you guys have
