Hey ShagonFaggon (j/k)... yeah... jumping rope is real good. I would suggest doing two motos a day... i.e., via jump rope. In other words, jump rope for two 35 minute sessions. I would also strongly suggest sit-ups... about 300 a day. Both exercises are free. Gym memberships are for fags. If you do these two exercises, you'll have plenty of stamina to ride amatuer motocross.
Other than that, ride your dirtbike till the wheels fall off, and that will improve your skill (while improving your stamina too)... but most importantly, your skills will improve, which will require less endurance, as you'll have more finese. Oh... and if you really want to complete the whole picture and be in great shape, then eat right all the time until it just becomes habit.
It's that easy. The more you do, the less you'll need to talk about it. It should become like wiping your ass. No big deal, you just do it, and it's not a topic of conversation. Just a point of observation... I hear lots of people yapping all the time about diet and exercise, and they are in crappy shape. Yet, I know others who are in excellent shape, and never say squat. Hmmm... it's a conundrum.
Just do your thing, be consistent (every day), and it should take no more than 60 days to be in close to perfect health at your age.
