Yea I strted eating healthy, eating more fruits and hitting togos on lunchbreak instead of in n out and drinking water and propel, I can tell my stamina is up as im able to last a good 8-10 laps which i couldnt even think about doing 2 months ago, im just gonna keep plugging away and doing what ive been doin since ive lost about 10lbs, just wanted a little extra input, gonna try and get my dad to get me a stationary bike and stuff
