not sand , darnoc14 nailed it about the rototiller . it needs constant , daily repairs and mutant wont hire3 the people needed to do the job right . i know because i had at least twice as many employees doing the same job juan is trying to do by himself . sand only wears the rototiller out faster because its abrasive . also 4 parts sand to 1 part cement makes concrete , 1/2 sand 1/2 clay does the same thing . it would take thousands of tons of sand to soften it that way . if only we could flood it with a river once a year , maybe we could get enough .
