harvdog has a good point, no matter how gay they look or feel you should wear one. i was shady about the feel of them at first but after a while i became acustomed to wearing one and it started to feel natural.

I know how you feel harv, in 2001 i broke my back also, i broke the t2,t3,t4,and t5, those cathiders suck a$$ and the supositories dont feel good as well. i had to wear a milwakee back cast for 5&1/2 months. but now i back on my game. hope you heal up nice and good and get back on the bike
