Thanks Scott. Kevin and I have discussed your comments. We will be calling you and/or Todd. Just to let you know, Zach from the county actually told me not to waste our money on the permit because the county would not support our application and we would be turned down, thus wasting the $. Now, they have seemingly changed their position. We will be submitting for the proper permits once Zach gets back to us with information from his supervisor in the Shasta County Planning Dept. We will have another huge hurdle to get over if the county does indeed decide to help with this venture. We will need a cash infusion as well. The private money holder on the land is demanding a large payment. The Whites need to 1. make the payment and 2. refinance the land with a more favorable loan. We are reaching out to anyone who has an interest in making sure one more MX track doesn't GET shutdown. If you OR anyone out there knows an angel interested IN helping, please let us know AS soon AS possible.
