Fastpix: Thank you for your concerns and backhanded support of the project. We have done everything necessary to make sure we are good neighbors when we come out of the dirt - I will not discuss or comment or defend our business model on this forum; if you have concerns, email me directly or call me - I am not hard to find. FYI - since our location is industrial and is adjacent to the landfill, it fits in perfectly - there, by law, cannot be a home within one mile of our property, along with about 35 other reasons this property is perfect for our project.
