I'm suspect of your motives... do you ride motorcycles?? Do you live in W. Roseville?? Sac Raceway is a toilet bowl!! Any track operator that can suck in as many riders as they do with that facility for so many years just proves the case that an AT&T (Ballpark) caliber facility will work in downtown SFO or the middle of Roseville. Fortunately, most powers that be in the Powersports Industry possess the optimism needed to grow this sport.

With that being said, though.......I am still surprised about the location. I understand that the owners of the acrerage can't do anything about where the acrerage is located, but when there are already complaint from the nearby residential community that is less than a mile away, regarding the smell from another long time facility, which was there long before the community was. How do the owners and promoters of this project expect to get throught the red tape of the neighboring residential community?
There is bound to be pleanty of noise, dust, traffic and time restrictions placed on the facility.
As we all know about Sac Raceway....on a bad day (wind direction, event, etc.) the noise can be heard as far as 10+ miles away.
Don't get me wrong I am all for a MX park anywhere we can get it and I look forward to this park becoming a reality. With everything that is going into it and from the design this will be a top notch facility. If there is any outside support you need for this project to keep moving forward, then you can count me in to help in any way I can.
Thanks
Dave
