Honest Observations about BOTH tracks...

Here's some objective opinning about both tracks from someone who rides Nor-&-So Cal:

E-Street:
1. Costs more and that seems to weed out some of the Yahoos.
2. Harder track to go fast on (Within' the confines of your own Classification and the "Fast-Guys in it, that is!)and that will make you a better rider in the "Big-Picture"...obviously/especially at Sand-Tracks...Real sand tracks.
3. To some extent, a different crowd. For the most part, a little bit faster crowd...at times.
4. A little bit better segregatation of riders/bike sizes/sessions.
5. The 40 minute sessions are the bomb!
5. Less "Technical" and more "Out-Doors" than...

Riverfront:
1. Cost less (A good thing!); but, seems to have more Yahoos becuase of this (I'm jus' bein' real wit'ya!)
2. A Tighter more "Technical" track...especially in the "Outdoor" v. "Indoor" comparo.
3. Sometimes the place seems a bit "Dangerous" for the mix of slower v. faster riders that can end up on the track at the same-time (Segregation of riders/bike sizes/sessions).
4. Track/Jump design is very much in tune with where MX racing is/is going at most local venues. The place is actually a bit of a "Benchmark" in track design when you look at the last 30 years of Moto!
5. The CMC races are real cost effective for those of us that race thru-out the state. Especially in the various series'.

In the end, it's ironic that anyone would take the time to bitch about either place without realizing that we're luckyashe!! to have -2- GREAT tracks so close to home (And, I live IN REDDING!!!!!!)

I like Charlie and Scott. 2 good guys with good facilities.
