I might try it if I were pulling in the quoted 4-500 riders per event. Lets take the low number . 400 x 35 bucks entry Oh, lets be honest here ,It is really 40 or 45 dollars entry when you count the gate fee. Anyway 40 x 400 = 16,000 x 6 race series =96,000 x 4 series per year = 384,000 a year. 480,000 if they pull in 500 riders an event and this is not including 20 bucks per rider on Saturdays practice. Saturdays practice adds another 100,000 to the yearly total. Yeah , I think I might go ahead and add another track or two to the mix If MX were making me that kind off money.

Casey - don't take it too personal. It's just the internet after all.

I don't have any bias whatsoever as I rarely race anyway (only made about 8 races this year). But since you bring it up, Scott Davis is one of the promoters who HAS offered to work with the other track owners to put together a series that has more than 3 tracks.

I think we would all benefit (the riders) if all the owners agreed to this. It would be a hell of a series to go to all the tracks.

Do not forget about all that $ they made at the Dodge for the last 5 years. They should just buy every track in Nor-Cal : )

Your right. I have this all wrong. I should be pumping up everything I come in contact with, especially tracks. Maybe if I changed my attitude and approach I could earn some free ride time at said tracks. Amp ,CMC ,etc... You all are pretty perfect and I'll say it five times a day on this board . Maybe you all will consider hooking a "Brother" up?
