Re: GS National at Argyll 1-20-08...let er' rip !

I had a good day.
I took 2, almost 3 guys out. Here's the story:
1st takeout: Dude kept slippin and slidin, and he didn't know how to stick a rut. I was right behind him, he choked up in a rut, and I slammed into him, making him go down. I kept going
2nd takeout: The guy would cross into my line just when I would pass him. He began to get me pissed off. So in one corner,he cross rutted over, and I stayed on the gas. BOOM! He went right, I went left, then Daniel Cardenes got stuck with him. Nothing personal, it's racing. I needed to get around, one way or another
Almost takeout 3: Steven passes me as I accidently shift into neutral. I take off after him, and 4 turns later, caught him. I took inside he took middle. I got over and started to get into the inside line. Apparently I shaved it too close. Just a little FYI: Steven is a friend of mine, and I would never take a friend out on purpose. Plus, he's got about 60 pounds on me, so it'd be like a freight train taking out a 1986 Toyota Corolla. LOL

Today, got 3rd in 250 beg open and 7th in beginner 250. Good day. So I'm happy =]
I also got holeshot award. Whoo hoo!!

If you see an error, you are welcome to point it out at the race so we can fix it then. I don't have the lap sheets etc., but I emailed Traci so she can look into it. We like to get things right.

Thats because Alex protested you for cutting the track and they put you to dead last which made jose's overall points and alex's overall points higher than yours
