I was there Wednesday......you better check with Mike. You can't make the call. It's his business.

He wants to open this weekend if at ALLLLL possible. The last time we had this type of weather, was one of the most EPIC weekends at The Club.

Re: Club after the rain

Claudio , step away from the tractor ! Somebody should be at the track right now with a shovel making sure all the water is drained off and then there might be a chance that the track would be good sunday . If I worked at Club Moto , I would be there right now making sure that the drain line to the low spot by leap of faith was not pluged . It will take a couple days of sunshine before the tractor will be able to do more good than harm . If its too wet still you run the risk of sliding down the hill into something , maybe something expensive .
the sooner you can get bikes on it , the sooner it will dry out enough for the tractor . It will dry out sooner than sandhill again because the soil at sandhill keeps getting wetter the longer it rains , whereas the " expansive adobe " at Club , swells up and only gets so wet .
A couple weeks ago , I went to Sandhill in the morning and it was a swamp , deep slop on over 1/2 the track . I left and went to Club , and it was off the hook .

Re: Club after the rain

Right-O Mr. Smith....it quite possibly could be as good as it was that weekend. Keep in mind, that we also rode Saturday too, but the Hot-Line had said "expect muddy conditions". and no one came out. It couldn't have been further from the trueth. It was great on Saturday also.

NOW Club Moto is the place to be after it rains....who'd a thunk !
