Typical Standards now in Nor Cal MX...Back in the 70s and 80s we never had a raced cancelled ...Ever!! We race at Prarie City with 70 mph winds and rain one Sunday, At Sears Point where you could barely Walk, Carnegie where it was like Snot on a mirror....These promoters are to many and to wimpy...I understand totally the business side of this...Then my suggestion is dont book a f....in series during WINTER!!! Ask Donnie Cantolupi how he got so good in the mud that he won a MUDFEST SX in Canada? Racing Nor Cal MX in the winter!!

Track was pretty sweet sunday, ruts were sick, all was good till I endo'd into the landing of the jump before the finish line after the 7 pack of whoops,got up and could not move my right hand at all with apain, could barely pick my bike up,got my first ambulance tour, they gave me an icepack, said i most likely fractured it and to stay off of it, yea right, took some advil, iced it and went out for last practice, I was ready to race this morning with a messed up hand, and they cancelled, I woulda raced in the mud
