Re: suspension question????

Well, some of the Suzuki 250s came with KYB and Showa, (depends on the year).

Additionally, some aftermarket springs are made to be more universal than factory springs (keeps cost and inventory down).

So...what we really need to know is what year are your bikes, and if they are the factory springs or something from the aftermarket.

I could post all possible scenarios of course, but that takes some time.

Re: suspension question????

the springs i have that are extras are the stock springs out of a 2003 rm 250 and the bike i want to put them on are a 2007 rmz 250 the reason i want to do this is that i dont have 200 plus for new springs and the 03 rm 250 spring rate is .46 and the rmz is .44 trying to save money and the rear spring is a little heavier than stock rmz if this doesnt work in order to save a little $$ would my next move is to have the oil replaced with heavier wgt and height??? my son weighs in at about 160lb
