Marysville to add a 3rd Track?

Earlier this week we got an email from former pro rider Jerrad Fisher:
I’m the former co-owner of E-Street MX, Inc. I have been working on a permit for a third motocross track in Marysville, CA for the past year and 4 months. The track will be opening sometime mid-June to early-July, as I am in the final stages of the permit process. The track will be located next door to E-street MX. I plan on hosting many events from such organizations as GFI, CMC, and selected AMA events as well as my own. I plan on being opened about 5 days a week with a fully-prepped track, watered by a big gun irrigation sprinkler system.
I am writing you this email to let you know of the new track opening, as well as to address the city proclaiming Marysville as “Motocross City USA.” There are three tracks within 2 miles of each other…Marysville is becoming quite the motocross hot spot.
P.s. I am still searching for a track name and would like to offer a free one-year track membership to the person who comes up with a great name for the track. Send your submissions here.

ya i was talking to jarred about that at cycleland. in the piece of land next door from e street. but it should be sick it will make a few less riders at each track

Understatement of the year!! But competition makes you better and sharper..Should be a benefit to all of the consumers,,US!!

this has been in the works for a while. i herd some one was going to build another track were the orchard was like 3 years ago. this should get good. fish knows what hes doing

Thats great there is gonna be a new track. But right next door? I can see it already see it, motocross gang wars.

well if hes going to try and be a stop on the cmc series and the amp series then i will be there for shure. imagine this guys, combine the 2 tracks and its the next worcs race/hare scramble/ gp endless opportunitys. if hes pumpin water out of the river he has an endless supply of water for the sprinklers to. i'm excited now

o and i almost forgot. Fish if you read this PUT LIGHTS ON THE TRACK. if you do then scott wont have the monoply on the olny light up track in nor cal and people will stop complaining about the main riverfront track

I'm not privy to the finances of the two existing tracks, but it strikes me that unless the pool of customers increases by 50%, the number of venues will drop from three back to two within a year.
