Re: Riding and our Economy.
Come on guys I really enjoy paying over twice as much to fill up my truck as I did when I bought it three years ago. I think it is kind of fun to watch the numbers change so fast on the pump. Each time I go I make it challenge to see how much I can spend.

hahah okay visa sponsor lol and yeah look at that. 128.00 dreaking dollars for one day of riding! it is just ridiculous. What was it like only 2 years ago? not even close to that. Try to make racing serious and put in a lot of practice being a teenager + goin to college full time + working part time + living on your own... its soo hard. Im sure some families of 5 or more got it even way worse!

Re: Riding and our Economy.
just to add to the gas prices, i noticed at the hangtown national this year didnt have some of the little extra things. such as the parachuters who come in before the racing, the rhino that followed the racing through some of the track (maybe wasnt possible with the layout) and i dont remember seeing any helicopters filming or anything like last year. these gas prices are taking a huge toll on everyone. and if gas companies were smart they would make diesel cheaper than gas just like before. thats probably part of the reason everything including food is going up, because thats what is hauling all of this stuff, big semis. this is putting companies out of bussiness too. i would say fuel prices are the largest contributor to our economy problem today

Re: Riding and our Economy.
um ya...it has affected everyone..... the closest track worth going to is albany...3 hours away. 2 weekends ago we went, and aftergate, entry fees, gate fees ect....the weekend cost us $500. ya...that takes a slight toll....we cante xactly do that more than oncea month, and doing it once a month is hard enough...and thats only to albany. f-ing gay!!!
