Training
What are some good training excersises off the track, looking to step my game up, already do jump roping and im planning on getting a gym membership next week on payday, and possibly looking into a road bike, any help?

Those all sound good... When I was young and racing 3 times a week...Lots and lots of pull ups, legs with weights and bicycle riding....But you know all that,,,eat well, train hard, ride hard and you know it will be better then not doing anything....I think Dr Mike has a formal program though if your intent is to go PRO...

how many people do u see move up a class than holeshot both motos!!

yea thanks sean, idk about pro im just tryin to get in shape so I can do better and last longer, but yea im deifinatly gonna start eating better too, its hard working only around fast food places
