what i dont understand is what time of night this all took place..

i just read on RacerXill.com, that DC (Davey Coombs) was with JLaw in his pit till about midnight and told him that it was a good idea to go to bed..

the thing that gets me is that Red Bud didnt inforce a curfew.. i know at hangtown we got shut down at 10pm.. (well the people next too us got everyone in the area shut down) and ive been to Washougal and they have a curfew too..

The crappy thing is, is that the cops watched this happen the WHOLE time for about 4-5 minutes before the fight happened. They never tried to break is up and dissolve the situation, just waiting for it to boil over, really bad judgment in my mind.

Jason would not stop fighting once they jumped on top of them and the cops repeatedly struck Jason.

So if you wanted my opinion, JLaw tried to back out of the situation but there’s only so much somebody can do when a guy swings TWICE at you. JLaw was drinking so I’m sure that didn’t help.

I’m just trying to get the truth out because there are so many rumors going around and it’s bull****.

He went to Berrien County Jail.. Me and my buddy with me went to bail him out. He blew a .21 WHILE he was at Redbud in the Sherrifs custody. An Hour later he blew a .17 but was still to intoxicated to be realeased. So he had to wait 6 hours to bailed out which he was at 9am. "....

So he's saying it's all the Cops fault for not arresting JLaw for being drunk in public before the fight started.

20% of his blood had alcohol in it, that's almost a quarter of the blood in your body, and he had to race the next day at an AMA outdoor national. What a dumbazz.
