I have been doing business with Roseville Yamaha for about a year and half now and in the 30+ years that I have been riding and racing motorcycles I have NEVER experienced more honest, dedicated, enthusiastic professionalism than that of the owner and personnel at Roseville Yamaha. As someone who runs a business, as well as, a die hard MXer, the level of dedication to customer service that these guys provide is unmatched; not just in the motorcycle business, but business in general.

Every single person that I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Roseville Yamaha goes above and beyond to make sure that you, the customer, are taken care of. From the owner to the guys in the shop, everyone working there has treated me like a person, not a means to an end.

My most recent experience with Roseville Yamaha is what prompted me to write this. I had some catastrophic mechanical issues happen this week, as a result of something that had absolutely nothing to do with Roseville Yamaha or Yamaha. I asked for their assistance in dealing with the process of getting my bike back on the track and the response I received was, quite frankly, unbelievable. Sparing the specifics I’ll just say that I was seriously screwed and what they are doing to help me out is absolutely unheard of. This is not the first time that they have gone above and beyond to help me out and I can’t thank them enough for all of their support. These guys are the best and deserve to be recognized as such.

Thank you Sean, Josh, Pete, John, Brandon, Scott, Dean, Zack, Heather and everyone else, I truly appreciate all you’ve done and you certainly have this customer for life!
