That all depends on skill level, and type of riding your doing. Stock springs would be good for off road or Beginer level motocross. Novice and up, moto, you would need some stiffer springs, front and rear. Springs are $110 each end extra.

After all the work you did this supercross season you should be able to make any Honda 250F work good..

That $400 includes re-shimming the stock compression valve, and mid valve, lapping both valves on the forks, lapping the shock piston, polishing the fork tubes, shock shaft and dampening rods. Basicly blue printing the forks and shock. Its $330 labor, $28 for the oil, and $43 for the seals and wipers.

I can tell you how it would look. Huge holeshot by JN 2 laps later i will pass him like he is standing still. because he IS standing still on the side of the track gasping for air with arm pump so bad he can't hold on..HAAAA!
