fruit, veggies, lots of protein, and pasta
best stuff, i have veggies, but i eat alot of protein and pasta, and fruits gettin there for me
also stay away from sugars (primaryily sodas) i drink milk, and 'MINUTE made light lemonade AND limeade' its awsome and has hecka low sugar. cut down on candy and sweets. other than that ride as much as possible and your set[8D]
