They only banned the sale of bikes and parts. If you already own a bike and your kid does race then dont worry. Promoters will keep all classes. But when your kid needs to move up to a bigger bike that is illegal then looks like your going to go shop on Ebay. As i said in a previous thread. This law is stupid, and i dont know about you but i dont see kids going up to their bikes and start sucking on the crank shaft. This law shouldnt apply to motocross, esspecially when its the PARENTS SAY! Parents have the right to buy anything they want for theyre child. With exceptions of course haha.

I havn't seen any law that says they can't race. Just put up a sign telling them not to chew on their motorcycle. Heck, there are already signs on the oil cans and gas pumps warning that those items can cause cancer. The drinks like Redbull and Monster drink the parents give there kids probably is worse. And the fruit loops they eat for breakfast.

So the actual Promoter who just wrote in "FACT" whats happening is wrong? Or doesnt know what he is talking about?

You guys better take this very very seriously and stop the flippid comments..Once they come and get one group of Riders they can go after the next group for another reason?

We are so fragmented here on this topic, no wonder this happened? What Mike A (LAWYER) wrote earlier is dead accurate to how our industry has dropped the ball?

Now what do we do? Looks like Mr Meeks(Dirt Digger) has put together the most informative links ,,that at the very least we must all click on and write our elected officials..When this does get organized we need to show up in masses ..This could kill,,,,I mean Kill our entire industry!!

We heard from JN innovations he has 5 minis to fix? Now he cant get parts?Lets see he is one little shop?

What happens when Sexton only has 150 racers? Loses 7500$ per event?

I tell you what happens, he closes and says fukk it!!

What happens to MOTOPRO GRAPHICS when 50% OF his business is Minis?

He says Fukk it!!

This can happen all over the country,,,so take this dead seriuosly!

ha,ha. No shiet!!!!! Just got done paying my taxes (Double what i have ever paid in the past) and I got to say there is nothing like funding all the Americans that have kids when they can't afford them and all the large corps blackmailing the government into giving them money or else. I have never taken a handout from the government ever, nor will I!!

This time of the year pisses me off.

Its amazing how many people actually think Obama had something to do with this. This was passed under Bush's rule, not that he had anything to do with it either. Get the facts before blaming and you wont appear so ignorant.
