John...what do you need ? I can relay a message to Arik and John for you. SwanPound currently isn't open. Arik is injured, and the LockHeed fire hit that area. No damage to their property, but....

Re: Swan Pond

I could be wrong, but I think it's private property, and you're not likely to get out there with a random post online. You gotta shmooze my friend, you gotta make friends, wash bikes/cars/trucks, clean bathrooms, backrubs, etc.

Re: Swan Pond

Well I new to the bay area (Sacramento transplant) and remember reading some posts about it and remember them allowing some people to ride. Is that a common occurrence?

No...it isn't. At one time they were having sessions, but not as of last year.

SwanPound was one of a kind...but check out the Hollister GP Track, 408MX, Club Moto, E-Street, and Argyll if you're new to the area.

Re: Swan Pond

If I'm not mistaken, Arik and his mom offer(ed?) some sort of training/nutrition program that you could get on. I don't know what they charge (charged?) for thier services but that might be how you schoomze your way onto the track.

And yes, the pictures did not lie....the place is off the hook!
