E Street Night Series
Here is the scoop on the E Street Night Series.
Roseville Yamaha Presents
SUMMER SERIES
SATURDAY NIGHT RACES UNDER THE LIGHTS
A new track and parking lot is being constructed for this series. For those of you that have been to E Street recently you may have seen will become the parking lot as you enter on the levee road and make the hairpin left you can see where the tractor has been working on getting the ground level, that will become the parking lot. The track will be between the entrance road and the whoop section of the regular track. They are bringing in clay and it will be a tighter fairgrounds layout. I have talked to Fish, its not going to be a crazy Supercross track, but it will be a tighter layout with more jumps than the regular track.
The dates are
June 10,17,24
July 1,8,15,29
Aug 5,12,26
Sept 9,23
You must run 9 of 12 for series awards.

I'd recomend anyone looking to build a supercross/fairgrounds style track to check out the new track at AV motoplex. I went there last week, and it's just awesome. Awesome layout, big tables, doubles, triples, step-ups, step-downs, whoops... it's wide and plenty big enough for a 450. Best of all it's perfect loam with consistant watering throughout the day. I was very impressed and only wished somebody in norcal would build something like that. Hopefully Scott can come through.

Lancaster, fairly close to LACR. If you're in that area and want even bigger jumps, check out Cal City MX.
I moved down here recently, and although I don't like SoCal in general, the tracks are on a whole different level. It's really a tragedy for Northern California motocrossers.

Bringing in clay! Well I guess I won't be riding that track. If I wanted to ride clay I would ride Sac Raceway. It's only 8 min. from my house.

It will be a different type of track, its not going to be open every weekend like the regular track, I am pretty sure its racing only. From the way I understand it they have to bring in the clay, the jumps wont hold up if they are sand only, remember its going to be a tight supercross style track. I dont care how much clay you bring in the place will still be sandy. Its a river bottom

I love sand jumps. They get beautiful kickers on the tops. It makes them more challenging.
