a few people told me that the owner has lost intrest in this project and may not follow thu on opening the place up but this is just what some guy said at the track so who knows if its true or not?

Nope, still here, still interested. I, too, was told at one of the local races that I was not building it, that I was putting up industrial buildings instead...when I told the guy that he was talking to the guy doing it, he said "well that's what I heard"...

Update...we now have a contract and "will serve" for sewer service worked out with the City of Lincoln, so everything is lining up as we want and for once the cost is less than budgeted. The process of getting the grading and building permits to do what we have designed, has been a long and ugly one for us, but is finally close to being complete. I have stopped giving an estimate as to when, since the process is made up of people. We have high end support at many levels of Placer County and look forward to breaking ground officially as soon as possible...

Keep the faith, I don't have a job except to open this facility.

And, "Yes", our 2nd and 3rd motorsports parks are in Southern California and are at least 5 times bigger in land area.
