If the property is in Roseville thats a good thing I think Roseville has done it right from the begining they were smart in getting all there infrastructure in first and holding develope fee's higher then surrounding area's it's kept property values high they also are smart in the fact that people that live in the area need places to play skate park's bmx tracks park's in every neighborhood w/ soccer & baseball fields hell they have a oval track for stock cars in the middle of old town they realize that people in there area need places to ride motocross and i am sure they like the revenue also

Also, Todd, I live in the Crocker Ranch development south of the landfill off of Blue Oaks, so if there are still any public meetings to attend coming up, please let me know. There are many riders in my community that could be there for support. Thank you for all that you are doing :-))))))))))

I live in Sevilla, actually, they may be changing it to Mira Bella. On the corner of Mandelay Ct. and Crocker Ranch Rd. Our house backs up to crocker ranch rd.

Can't believe people are complaining about track location. For all of the talk about socal tracks, do you see any in downtown LA, or Malibu, or San Diego? Most of the tracks are all way inland or in the high desert, but you don't see people complain.

The new CMP facility gives me a reason to be stoked about moving back to norcal in 6 months.

FYI - since our location is industrial and is adjacent to the landfill, it fits in perfectly - there, by law, cannot be a home within one mile of our property, along with about 35 other reasons this property is perfect for our project.
995 & Others:

I am sorry if you and others have percieved my quote as being against the MX park and it's location or as you call it supporting but with a backhand. My quote was more to wonder how soon the none riding public that lives even outside the minimum 1 mile limit will start complaining. I do ride and so does my enitire family and we cheer and look forward to a top notch facility in Roseville. My feelings are regarding the none riding public that seems to want to complain about things that they have no interest in is crap. I only mentioned the Sac Raceway and landfill situation because all the NEW home owners that CHOOSE to buy a house in an area or close to a facility that either smells or may not lend itself to quiet evenings, etc., they are the ones that I am mad at and disappointed with because if that is the case then don't buy the damn house. READ the damn disclosure statement or do their homework before buying.
Another thing is I may be the Project Manager for the electrical side of things for that facility if all goes well. So believe me before you and others want to shame me for my previous quote that was obviously taken out of context and misunderstood......I and my family are AGAIN ALL FOR THIS AND FULLY SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS FACILITY. WE ARE ACTIVE MEMEMBERS OF THE AMA AND DISTRICT 36 WE SUPPORT AND DONATE TO THE BLUE RIBBON COALITION AND SUPPORT AND DONATE TO POLITCAL LEGISLATION THAT SUPPORTS THE RIGHTS TO RIDE AND TO PREVENT THE CLOSURE OF LAND AND AREAS TO RIDE. WE HAVE ALSO DONATED AND SUPPORT THE LEGISLATION FOR THE RIGHT TO RIDE ON YOUR OWN LAND
I do hope this clears up this matter.

Thumbs up

Another comment:

I do not expect nor wish for you to discuss your business model regarding this project. What you and your team have done for this project already is tremendous and anyone who rides should be on their knees blessing the fact the work and the progress that has been made to bring this park to life is soon to pay off and we all will be boosting about what a GREAT facility we have in Roseville.

Keep up your good work!
