Thumbs up

Dube, this is sorta of a timely process. the originators of this project want to make sure that everything is to be done in a correct plus professional way. the park is definately somethin that is worth waiting for. There are a lot of steps more than you and I could possibly count. there are a lot of factors to be considered.Everyone is eager for the opening to happen. Even myself. This is going to be something very huge. Probably something that you never would have thought could come about. This I promise it will be the meca of the norcal motocross nation. Like 995 said earlier in this thread ( It's like driving in a car going on a vacation wondering are we there yet.) No but we will be there soon.

Jack, Sammie, and I were at the "other facility" next track and saw what they had. NICE! This is the stuff dreams are made of!

Sorry I have had my head down and not monitoring this site. We are definitely coming, but are LATE. It is not that we did not try, but that things like this take time. We will not open to the public until sometime when it is warm in 2007. There is NO way we can make the system go any faster, so we push when we can and otherwise enjoy the concept that we are a permitted use on our site in our county and as such will be able to open "EVENTUALLY"...the delay is MUCH worse on my end, but I understand everyone wants to try someplace new, too.

We do have a test track and there has been a rider or two invited out to try out what we have built. The track is not set up to be open to everyone, yet, but was built by Kurt Henrickson (Ponca, NMA, etc.) for us as a means to see how our faces hold up, how the dirt is to work with, what the weather does to the surfaces, etc. The track, by permit, is only open to ME and my guests by invitation. We are not permitted to be open to the public...that IS COMING, but not today.

I will have Joey post a photo of the test track so there is no more drama. Again, what we built for ME is not what we will offer. We are still planning a full stadium track with 3 way Jumbotron and tv quality lighting, a Covered Canopy track with lighting, multiple kids tracks, a quad only track, vet tracks and full FIM quality Supermoto track...all this with Flush Toilets, showers and more...Full restaurant, sky boxes...

Stay tuned

I have had a gazillion emails from very friendly and supportive riders and families of riders. I think I have responded to most, but thank you, here, on Norcal for the positive support. My family has committed all of our time and all of our financial resources to make this happen.

Have a safe and sane Holiday season. Merry Christmas and Happy 2007...I know I am looking forward to the new year very much.
