06 Yz-250f Recall

Not sure what they'll do for you guys that have already had yours grenade, but Yamaha is recalling all 06 250F's for bad intake valves

That better be some BS!!! Tonys had his for like 4 months now... and it hasnt grenaded!??? Hes got another one thats at like a month and shes still dandy?!

Casey,
Brad has blown up 3 already this year. Yamaha covered all of them at no charge. I would tell Tony to drop by a local shop where he is at and see if they won't change them out for him.

I see it this way... there running fine why tinker with them. Plus... hes in Maryland. haha. I dont think h would trust anyone wiht his motor other than Al.

SOooo, the bikes they have at the dealer right now 2006 models, they fixed the problem on those correct? and replaced the valves already, so of the floor they wont blow up anymore?

I got my 250F 2 weeks ago, rode it over 15 hours so far... East Bay called me and said bring it in, they are going to check the valves.
