Sand Hill Info needed.....

Hey im thinking of going to sand hill for the first time. I have been looking for more info about it on the web but couldn't find much.

Do they have a website I can check for info? if not maybe someone can answer some questions for me.

First, what are there hours. second, Is it green sticker only. and finally is it a fun place to ride with some difficulty?.

Thanks in advance.

Scott.....

they are closed for the summer. you can checkout what the hours would be on the website.
2. i havent heard of a green sticker only private track yet. that's the whole point of a private track.
3.i've never ridden there (been there, havent ridden) but my friend was starting to go there pretty often before he broke his foot. anyways, he said that it's a fun, wide open track. very gp-like. he also said the jumps weren't that great.

Here's their website: http://www.sandhillracing.com/ It says that their "motocross area" is closed for a summer break and will re-open on August 19th. You could call the hotline # just to be sure that info is accurate: 925.240.6247 ext.2 The last few times I was there I thought the track was pretty good, it has elevation changes, a good layout and some okay jumps (which were better each time I went, they seem to still be figuring that part out, but are trying).

sand hill is sick. i love it, is has easy jumps and good sand. i gets whooped out in the afternoon and they are VERY strick on speeding in the pit area. they update there phone message daily and there is usually some selling hot dogs.

Sandhill has good dirt and lots of uphill/downhills. If you like jumping you'll be disappointed. It's a decent workout and fun if you like GP-style tracks. Unfortunately I don't so Sandhill is boring as snot to me.
