Santa Clara Motocross to open soon!!!!!

The old SJMX is now under new Owners and promise a much better facility, improved track prep, a safer track, yet a challenge to fast experts and Pro's.

The track has been made longer by using more acreage than before. They have some big equipment to move the dirt around and are already experimenting with different track designs from input from beginner, vet, Intermediate and Pro riders.

If your in the area and want to check out the progress in person you may do so.

The target opening is set for 10/17/06, check their web site for confirmed dates.

A challenge for pros? Is there going to be a seperate track or something? I cant wait to see the new track. Maybe they can build a stadium style track for more advanced riders.

That's sick.

Now I'm back to having 7 day per week access to MX tracks within 70 mins of my house.

Looking forward to reading the riding reports.

Hey if anyone knows the people who made the website, please tell them to not use my photos without permission. I would have given them some pictures if they asked, but to just take them isnt a nice thing to do.

I am talking about the pic of Jeff Spoor #32 at the top of the page.
