i actually read that off their website a while ago. but i don't know the truth about it. yeah sandhill is definately a winter track. did you ever go to the oakley sandit? that was awesome riding for free even when it rained it was fun all day. no prep ever. massive woops. i also enjoy riding the club. it is 100% better now that your prepping the track. mutant did a horrible job.

I have been really trying to improve my Tennis game............Just kidding. I just finished with football so now I should be able to get out MUCH more than I have been. Since the football season started I have been on my bike maybe 4 times. And it started in August. Anyways I should be able to get out more often, I need the therapy. Im getting pretty grumpy around the house.

David taught me how to ride a motorscooter, but when he left, all things went bad.

By the way , i like sandhill sometimes too . when it rains , tom builds a mean fireroad !

If your talking about the straight along the bottom of the track that had that mound jump with a right turn after it. That was pretty good. What was cool about that track was how much of it was in a deep cut in the hill, it was almost like walls in some sections.

i'm not sure what your disagreeing with .

When Sandhill gets ruts, they don't get blue groove in them, or get chopped out at a 90 degree angle. And Sandhill just seems like a faster pace track than Club Moto. The main reason I don't go to Club Moto as often is because of the hours (I realize you changed it to 3:00 now) but it was just hard because almost everything is into the sun. Club has a good layout too, but it just isn't the same as Sandhill.

sand hill IS faster , see my comment about "fireroads" . My thread is about the track being ready to ride and no muddier than sandhill . I have a LOT of experiance riding mud at sandhill and Club and can honestly say they both get slick when wet . It all depends on who gets the water off the track first and i think , from my experiances in the past , that club moto is designed to drain better than sand hill . When it really strarts to rain we'll see .

more weekday's ??????????
- since this is open forum.... here it goes
I'm a vet rider, I like riding tracks only--- no more SVRA's
- can't always get out to race ( perfect tracks )
- well anyways.... week- days M-F would be great, I would even pay more,
since it is easier to get on the track and not get run over, get some seat time, get faster----- get more confidence--- go during the weekend/ nights
more because of more confidence/ practice.
- I will actually change my days off at work--- to go riding week- days....
M/ W is SH------- how about CM on F/ TH/ T 10-4 ????
I think part of the appeal---- SH is easier for most--- not as intimidating, but CM is more of a MX track and not a fireroad w/ bumps. But now SH is getting on the bandwagon so to speak..... just my 2 cents Kirk ???????????

In a couple of months when it gets really wet, it'll become obvious which track can handle the water. (I can see it now, Kirk will be counting the money with a cigar in his mouth and a big grin...heh heh)
I'm almost starting to feel bad for the quad chick, though. I hope she remains unaware of the commentaries posted on this website. I could see her flying off the handle one day and causing some serious damage. And I suspect her first target would be a certain Yamaha rider (#80).

Ok I will stop. I wouldnt want her to read that stuff. Even though I post it in fun, it could be hurtful I guess. I guess if I see her Im going to have to give her a hug and apoligize.

i made the mistake of going to sandhill on saturday .. i was dissapointed.. it wasnt even prepped.. they got lucky that it was overcast all day ..
i just dont get it.. SH has the potental to be one of the best tracks around.. when a track owner says they dont till their track cause it brings up rocks and they dont want to spend 10 min walking the track to clear them off , it shows me that they dont care.. i guess ion a way they are saying this is what we got so ride it or go home..
as of right now im never going back.. id almost go as far as saying i would rather go to argyle then SH.. thats how i feel right now.. im going to drive the extra 10 min to go to club.. a track that you can count on being prepped and ready to ride every day they are open.. and plus i wouldnt mind it a little muddy cause riding in the mud is great practice..
