if you can park in sandhills parking lot , then club is tacky

I think a lot of people are under the impression that club moto doesn't handle the rain as well as "sand"hill . if tom's parking lot is set up enough to park in , then club moto is probably perfect . When mutant mutated the track , they screwed up the drainage . When I rebuilt the track 4 months ago , I cut it back in and it drains like a charm now . Last sunday was ABSOLUTLY PERFECT , just 2 days after a 1/2 inch of rain because we packed the track down and smoothed it before it rained . we will be doing that all winter long so you can count on Club Moto being ready about the same time sandhill is . Anyone who has riden sandhill for over 20 years like I have knows that sandhill sold all its best sand over ten years ago ( where the BMX track is now , ask petey or dustin333 ) . the dirt tom has now is just as slick as club when wet now , and takes just as long to dry out . Iknow everyone is pumped because tom changed his track . bur keep in mind when club closed ( tom propbably thought for good ) sandhill went on vacation for a month and didn't change a thing . Now that Club Moto is open again and doing well , Tom jumped on the band wagon . Don't forget , when the weather dries out , sandhill will too but Club Moto won't .

Talking

When the track was where the Mtn bike track is, it was great. Too bad they let that go. Kirk, I think I know what Sand Hill has that you dont...... A chick riding around on a quad, wearing a half shirt with evidence of multiple child berths displayed proudly.

Don't worry Kirk, we all love what you have done with the place. It is just than when it rains, Sandhill is actually fun for once. The Club is always fun, Sandhill prefers a little help from mother nature.

by the time it gets around , its nothing like it started out . tom has been selling sand for as long as i can remember . the area under the bmx track was all the best sand you can imagine , white , deep and grainy . you could ride that part while it was raining and it was good ( anyone remember the chickin coop straight ?) Anyway buisness is buisness and tom made a LOT of money selling sand . I would bet Way more than off motorcycles . I doubt it has anything to do with the lawsuit .
By the way , i like sandhill sometimes too . when it rains , tom builds a mean fireroad !

Kirk, as much as I love Club Moto I kind of have to disagree.
When Sandhill gets ruts, they don't get blue groove in them, or get chopped out at a 90 degree angle. And Sandhill just seems like a faster pace track than Club Moto. The main reason I don't go to Club Moto as often is because of the hours (I realize you changed it to 3:00 now) but it was just hard because almost everything is into the sun. Club has a good layout too, but it just isn't the same as Sandhill.
