track dirt

I'm building a track at my house and I'm going to order a couple truckloads of dirt and I was wondering what would be the best dirt for a track?

A couple of truckloads of dirt wont do a whole lot. Your best bet might be to get a hold of some of the pool companies in your area and tell them you'd be willing to accept some of their dirt so long as it isn't contaminated.

also, is there any way u can dig a pond for watering then use that dirt? The best dirt can be made easily. Start with loose clay and add lots of sand and woodchips (try to get the tree trimmer guy's to give u a few truckloads).
