This weekends GSN is at Riverfront. I am sure that Charlie will run and I think everyone should show up to race or at least watch.
The last round of the GSN is at Madera on 2/4 and is being run by CMA.
Aaron runs a great race and the Madera track is a lot of fun.
Check the calendar for all the info.

No more CMC races in Marysville after this weekend.
The CMC race this weekend 1-21-07 will be run as normal. We will also be open for practice Thursday night, 3-8pm January 25, and both Saturday and Sunday 9am-4pm January 27, 28th. Our permit goes until February 1st so it will be business as usual at least until then.
Marysville CMC races are history after this month.
We will be looking into running CMC races at other tracks.
We would like to thank all of you who have supported us for the past 30 years.
Marysvillemx.

Funny, but someone asked me about a rumor that was that the AMA is going to change one of the National Rounds and put it at Riverfront instead.... I wouldn't believe in rumors, but who knows, if the place was fixed up anything is possible.

They were probably drunk, Riverfront is about as worthy of a National as my hairy, crusty, butt is for playgirl spread. It isn't that it is a bad place, it just can't handle traffic or the amount of people that a national track requires.

I'd disagree (about the track, not your hairy butt). Lots are lots of parking oppertunities on the Soccer fields, Driving Ranges & E-street overflow (with shuttles), in fact I'd say there are more parking oppertunities than Washougal. As far as the track goes, it could be better than Prarie City.

Yeah, flat ground makes great national tracks, as do tracks that tend to flood and that have one small road coming and going from them, and that are in the middle of a small town that already has traffic congestion, without 30,000 people trying to leave at one time.
And as far as my butt goes it could be better than Brad Pitts.

And how many roads lead into Prarie City on the National's race day?
BTW- The traffic can go straight to the Freeway from the park without going through the town.
There is also the potential for small elevation changes if the track went more towards the river as it had in many years past....
