Hey guys, I'm the webmaster AND one OF the race directors FOR the Sierra Chapter (www.sierraothg.com) OF the Over the Hill Gang. Yes, we require our members TO wear their jerseys TO ALL club events. This decision came after the entire Sierra Chapter was given a chance TO vote, AND they overwhelmingly voted TO keep that requirement IN place. The Sierra members believe it promotes camaraderie AND also helps TO make the club MORE visible TO non-members. AS Joey mentioned IN the FIRST post, we ARE a large club that has a lot OF fun. We encourage you +30 riders (AND friends/family members OF +30 riders) TO come ON out AND do a guest race before you make a commitment TO JOIN. Winter will be over before we know it, AND we're working on our schedule for the next few months right now. If you have any questions, come on over to the Sierra's website AT:

Tom, yes we have an 85 support class.. Depending on how many show up, they sometimes run a split gate with the 65's.

i tried to go on the sierra othg website for my dad and the website wont come up. any help

The sierra chapter is about to implement new jerseys. we will be having thor jerseys in any available color which will be printed with the club logo on the front and you can also get your name, or nick name and race number on the back. e-mail paul schoep for details. if you are a new member it is included in your membership fee. also Prodigy motorsports has special pricing available on all of the matching thore gear so you can have matching gear to your club jersey. paul will have all the details for you on the jersey. All of the chapters do a great job and i would find out if you have any riding buddies in any of them and join the club which your riding buddies ride in. If you dont have any buddys currently in a chapter you are welcome to join us in the sierra chapter and at least your club jersey can be fitted with matching thor gear at a special club discounted price. good luck with your decision. see you at the races.

Our next Gang only race is at La Grange at Saturday afternnon race. It's the best way TO CHECK out the club AND GET signed up.
