So that means you get a short schedule and lots of practice, last year CMA held open practice from 9-1, then racing for the OTHG started after! Plus you can stay overnight and race the regular CMA race on Sunday. And there is usually a good turnout of vets for the CMA races.

The reality is that the gang just doesn't get a big enough turnout for the promoters to run gang only races EVERY time for us. So make sure you hit those Saturday races!!!!

And I agree, I don't much care for long race days so that's why I usually run two classes. A couple of practices and 4 motos usually means I am just recovered enough from my last moto to make it through the next one.

Sweet!

Thanks

**Yes all Chapters are welcome to race

Insurance cards required for OTHG racing? dont they have their own insurance?
** OTHG does not carry insurance.

gates fees charged on top of class entrance fees?
**Yes I belive so.

support group race classes are the same fees or incl as 2nd class?
**Yes, 2nd class fees are at a discount per the Promoter
The 2nd series is a Gang Only race with support classes. These are races we really enjoy as they are short days and longer moto's.

Ya once in a while we do the combined events as some Members race both OTHG and regular Vet races.

Where is the Dixon Track? Looks to be a tentative race location in February.

Thats Argyle. It appearrs that the rangers at Hollister double booked that weekend with Scott and some one else. What i heard was the other promoter was a returning promoter so he got it. Sounds like Scott moved his race to Dixon which I'm sure with his prep and hard work, will be good.

The question is, will the folks at Argyle step aside and let Scott do his job. And is this officially going to happen?

From talk of the 'grapevine' Scott wont promote a track he doesnt prep. and thats all I heard. And I wouldnt blame him a bit, I wouldnt either because we MX'rs are a picky bunch

If you guys are going to join the Gang You should know about the banquet.
Every year each chapter holds a banquet for it's members. They have dinner and give out the years awards.
Awards include jackets for the top riders in the points for the year. Trophies for the class champions for that chapter. Trophies for the years national champions.
It is a great for the riders and riders spouces to get together without motorcycles and have a good time.
The Sierra banquet is 1/13/07 at the Holiday Inn in the Capital plaza, Sacramento.
The Bay banquet is 1/13/07 at Dave and Busters in The Great Mall, Milpitas.
