OTHG rules?

I don't mean to sound like a crybaby but how come I'm shown as last place in my OTHG races? I won both of them!

Is it because they were eval races? There was another eval. rider in one of my motos....how'd he end up above me on the results sheet if I finished ahead of him?

No big deal, just curious.

Chris, I'm guessing its because you did one race as a +30 Beg and the next as a +30 novice. So for the e-street scoring, they only have you doing one moto in each class. So you get one moto score and one DNS.

Yea mine showed up down low too because i missed my second moto, I think I got like 10th in the first moto, but next to last overall. It only gets better from the bottom!

This is a big issue so please take careful note. Any questions, comments, or concerns about the venue or scoring should ONLY go to the OTHG board or race director and NEVER to the promoter.

These sorts of questions might be better suited for the www.sierrothg.com forum or the bay othg yahoo group.

I saw your first lap and immediately said that you should go to to OTHG intermediate and skip novice!

1-DNS

Of course!!! DUH!!!! I'm so dumb.
Thanks wtrskinut !!!

Man, I was giggling like a schoolgirl all the way home on Sunday.
I mean, I'm such a squid...I still have a patched front tube stuck in my bald rear tire. I raced in a stained and ripped sweatshirt. I could go on and on...
And yet somehow, miraculously, I did well on Sunday. Sort of feels like getting away with something bad...ha ha!

It wasn't meant as a complaint. But OK, I will make sure to address the appropriate parties.

I tried to tell the OTHG dude (Hot Rod) that I was also racing Vet Nov and that OTHG Beginner was probably not a good fit. But he must not have understood or something. So I went ahead and raced beginner. I was getting ready to get my a$$ kicked after that moto but Eric from OTHG was really cool about it. As for the Nov class, I had no idea how that would end up. I guess I was lucky.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to battling it out in the OTHG Intermediate class.

No worries Chris. Like Steve said, if theres a problem, contact one of the race directors for OTHG. We try to have one contact with the promoters. That way we get invited back......Great job Sunday with your patched tube, slick, and stained sweatshirt. Sounds like a new race day protocol.(remember, dont wash that sweatshirt) Welcome to OTHG........
