Ride Day was GREAT
Just wanted to thank EVERYBODY for stepping up with all the food - and another big thanks to Fastener for the BBQ. We were a little worried around 11:30 that we wouldn't have enough food, but everybody came through big-TIME AND I think it turned out great. Hopefully the burgers AND hot dogs came out tasting good, it took Fastener AND I a little while TO figure out that gigantic BBQ!
Also, Scott AND Fish had the track IN GREAT condition - I know a few people didn't like that deep sand section, but I thought it was a good challenge. It was my first time ever on a 450 today - thanks again Hoss for letting me ride your bike.
It was a great day, I am already looking forward to the next Nor-Cal MX Ride Day!

Yeah, it turned out to be a great day and there was more than enough food. The spread looked so good that I heard a couple people asking how much they had to pay to eat before someone told them that it was free because everyone pitched in. Big thanks definitely go out to Joey for setting this thing up and for the guys at E Street to make it happen. Here's TO hoping this IS the start OF an annual tradition!

Hey, sorry about the burnt burgers at the beginning. Nate and I were having a fun time with those HOT coals. I think we burnt our hands as bad as the burgers. lol
But anyway, everyone did an awesome job with the food and hopefully we can do this again.

Fastener - it was good to meet you, and thanks A BUNCH for your help with cooking and serving...couldn't have done it without you.
That BBQ was something ELSE, NEXT TIME I'll bring a couple flathead shovels...those should be long enough to not burn the heck out of our hands!
