Re: OTD Cycles and Club Moto

That's the place. When I bought my last bike there they stated they were becoming OTD any day and that was a month ago or so. I love that place. Lots of inventory not just one of each model like others. They've never used the old sales line that they can't keep them on the floor so no price flexibility. Hence the large inventory. It's great. They sell Suzuki, Honda and Yamaha. The service dept is down the hill but only about 100 yards.

Discount card upped to $25

I just got an e-mail from Ben Feldman, the GM of OTD Cycles in Oakland. He said that he talked to some other GM's, and they decided to up the discount card to $25. Again, not much, but every bit helps, eh?

So, here's the e-mail.

Hey Mike,

A little clarification that you’re more then welcome to post... and let everyone know they’re more then welcome to email me with any questions, but I’ll stay out of the thread to keep from becoming a pain in the ass dealer rep.

OTD Cycle Sports has 7 locations throughout California. LA, Orange County, Marina Del Ray, Burlingame, Oakland, and now Auburn. Our locations in Burlingame and Oakland are currently called “Bay Area Motorsports” East & West (Oakland being East, obviously). I’m currently the GM for our Oakland location.

I’m excited to be working with Club Moto. Currently, the Gift Card promotion is available at our Oakland and Burlingame Location. Our location in Auburn doesn’t have the gift card machine yet (they’ve only been connected with us for a couple of months), however that doesn’t mean they won’t honor our promotion. Just present your Club Moto card, and let them know about the promo and they’ll take care of you. If they don’t, let me know and we’ll get it straightened out.

Also, after talking it over with the GM’s from Burlingame and Auburn, we’d like to increase the promo from $20, to $25. I know its not a lot more, but we figure every dollar counts. Our Oakland location carries Honda, Kawasaki, and Polaris. Burlingame has Yamaha and Polaris. And Auburn has Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha.

If you have any questions, feel free to shoot me an email.

Ben Feldman
