Your Guys' Jetting Spec's

Im making a jetting database for work on excel so when we get bikes in for jetting we arent shooting in the dark anymore. If you guys could post your jetting spec's It Would really help me out with this.

Like this:

Bike: CRF250R
Year: 06'
Main: 165
Pilot: 45
Leak: 55
Needle Position: 5th ( Down From The Top)
Fuel Screw: 2 3/4 turns out

2 strokes minus leak and fuel screw

And any aftermarket parts that would affect jetting spec's (I.E. Exhaust, Quickshot, Hi Flow air filter) that you may have on your bike. Thanks guys.

If it gets big enough I could post it up on here for reference

Re: Your Guys' Jetting Spec's

In the age of modern 4-strokes jetting is usually best left at stock. Maybe adjust the idle or airscrew.

Re: Your Guys' Jetting Spec's

To get the most out of your bike it must be re-jetted all the time.
It makes no difference if it is a 4-stroke or a 2-stroke. All internal combustion engines have to be jetted for temperature and altitude changes.
I re-jet if the temperature changes by 20* or if I ride at a different elevation.
The larger the motor the less the temperature and elevation effect the motor but to get the most out of it you still need to re-jet.
