OK... it's official folks. Mark your calendars. Eye on the Bay is coming to shoot on Thursday, April 5th, starting at 3 pm. Bring your kids if you have them, and they'll get some TV exposure. The show will focus on kids and families, including the free lessons given by Terry Bostard. They will also do a quick bit on the fast guys, just to have some "sex appeal" for TV, so practice your whips for the leap of faith.

What's a "tail scooterers"?? Sounds like some kinda small ground dwelling animal that you run outa your yard.

I unfortunately don't know how to do a whip, and when I try, I look like a total goon. I know how to do an old school cross up though. Yet, I'd be too embarassed to even try one if someone was remotely in viewing distance.

Hey Brian... can you teach me how to do a whip in three weeks??

Dunno... haven't got to that issue yet. I'm still working it out w/ MDK just to get them there. These guys have their own tracks to ride and basically, just fly in for the race. So, there are some details to coordinate, which is still in the works. I can say with certainty that those who are at the top of the MDK food chain are for this event, thus that is promising. I'll do all I can to make this happen, and hopefully, no snags will arise, such as rider's scheduling issues, etc.

As said, stayed tuned for updates as I get them. Most likely around the end of April.

As for the Eye on the Bay event, most likely that will happend the first Sat or Sunday of April. Again, still have some details to work out. But, the producer of the show said she is very exited about this event, especially to run during sweeps week in early May to boost their TV ratings.
