Club Moto tonight

I think they overwatered the track. I was swapping on occasion and even though I suck, that means i don't grab huge handfuls so i shouldn't swap But I know throttle control is important.

One dude #226 (or #206)on a Yamaha was clearly the top dude out. Flowing this kid was and always on the gas, twisting the bike over every jump. It was cool to watch this dude. Young kid with a grey van. His old man was with him and some others.

This young girl parked next to me jumped the ****ing double! She said she was 16! (and for you teen aged moto dudes, i would if i was your age, do anything to win her heart as she is extremely cute) She sais her name was Chelsea.

But this old surf bum threw some roost and flowed some ruts.

I've almost cleared the TABLE. The DOUBLE IN front OF the TABLE I CASE every TIME ( i need a crack AT if FROM the berm but since I don't do the double.......) The doubd in front of the table cost's me power IN TO the TABLE....

I think I bottomed out ON the step down (RIGHT NEXT TO the straight after the TABLE TO the hill)I'm 240 and even though it is kinda flat, It seems there is an area you have to make to not get bashed. Needless to say after almost putting my chin in to the pro taper pad, I didn't go FOR it again.

I worked hard ON speed IN the ruts AND .........softly began bringing the front brake IN TO my repertoire. (Huge help IN traction AND OF course control AND setting the line.)

I am now IN recovery FOR a minimum OF 48 hours......I busted the tank. (My 'o2 has a 2.1 gallon)

I didn't ride there LAST night, but what do you consider over watered I think the ruts ARE a good thing, AND definetly NOT a sign OF over watering if that was what you were refering TO. What NUMBER ARE you I'll keep an eye out for you next time I'm there.

E street is a haul for me but is definetely on my to do list. probably in the next few weeks. i did ride some sand back east a few times.

i'm assuming e street sand IS NOT AS deep AS southwick my buddies tell me that sand IS very tiring AND tricky WHEN deep LIKE the wick.

as far AS over watered.....there were a few sections WHERE it was actual puddles. AND gooey mud. splish splashy.

but yes. ruts ARE a huge part OF MX AND I GET stoked WHEN i run through them correctly. often i high side but i have been working hard AT them.

i will be AT club moto again saturday (tomorrow) i dont have numbers AND i wear blue pants AND shirt.

yeah e street isnt as sandy as southwhick, but it gets pretty sand in the winter, it depends on your riding style too, i can do 30 minute motos at e street no problem, hardpack tracks, not so much lol. tips for ruts, feather your front brake, and your back one( in left handers) put your butt crack on the edge of the seat and lean that sucker over. look ahead at your line not at your fender.
