talk to al posey, he seems to have the jetting dialed, i have a 07 and it still has a small stutter at bottem, have no had al do mine, my sons 250f is spot on, al did mention about wiring up the accel pump for no lag

Honestly, he did the jetting on my 250F when I bought it. It was pretty bad. It had a very terrible sputter at a throttle opening. The seller claimed: It's how it is.

Check out ThumperTalk and go on thier store. Get the JD Jetting kit. You won't regret it at all.

The needle is a triple taper compared to the double taper stock needle. It really fine tunes the jetting. It's also laid out to get you in the ballpark and requires little tinkering.

try stk main with the summer heat, 45 pilot, 2.5 turns on fuel screw, and wire the acc pump linkage or we sell a replacement link for the acc pmp, it also depends on what fuel you are running. and what altitude. and temp Ill assume summer riding. we also have another internal mod we use on our team bikes and for some local pros but you must send the carb in or bring bike in it costs 200 same as tokyo mods or pc. check out #220 on the white prodigy hybred 250f cant miss him smallest rider on big bike. catch him in pits and snap his throttle off idle it will snap like a 2stroke. good luck> any other questions email me at prodigymoto@yahoo
