06' yz450f jetting

I know this has already been posted but I can't find it. What jetting specs are you guys using on your new 06'yz450f. thanks.

If you're around sea LEVEL, go WITH a 48 pilot AND 170 main. You might have TO play WITH your airscrew after that, probably 1/2 turn IN OR so. Bike runs much better WITH the correct jetting though.

move your needle down(im pretty sure, just richen it up), and turn your air screw out another turn.

We jetted my 06 YZFs on the dyno and came up with the folllwing for the 450F as the best jetting setup:

160 Main
48 Pilot
Fuel Screw - 1.75 turns out
NCYR Needle on the 2nd position

the NCYR needle is a different needle than the stock one.

Where did you have that done I have a YZ 250 two stroke with a new Pipe and Porting. Would love to get it jetted properly.

Yes, Dynos allow you to view air/fuel mixtures in order to get the perfect jetting specs that would normally take forever if you were to do it by hand.
