Horrible Service At Roseville Cycle
I go to roseville cycle to get parts for my kawi, (I checked at roseville yamaha to see if they have some stuff i could use first knowing the service at roseville yamaha is great) at roseville yamaha i get a filter, oil, tear offs, and grips. i go to roseville cycle to get a plastics kit, fork gaurd graphics, and backgrounds. i walk around for 30 minutes noticed. i saw people looking at me and they walked right around me. They have the little surveys there i was about to get one when the lady asked if i was ready to go, i say no and ask to talk to the manager, the guy tom something i think i tell him that i received no customer service at all and i didnt want to be a D**K about it and yell at someone i shouldnt, he LAUGHS at me and says well im sorry to hear that and trys to help and takes forever so i leave.
WTF is wrong with their service? they have like 4 guys sitting on chairs doing nothing. guys that dont know what fork gaurds are, people who dont know what ready race air filters.
take the survey above. and give reasoning.
oh and i ended up calling roseville yamaha up and having them order it instead because i rather wait then shop somewhere i dont want to.

Dude you are going to get roasted like Flava-flav. I can hear it now:
1. Why are you trying to put this company out of business to support your own or one you like?
2. If you have a problem don't ever post anything negative on this board because everyone in the world reads this forum and your post is going to somehow change the world for the worse.
3. If you have a problem keep it to yourself, don't ever warn anyone else or tell anyone else about it.
4. Never, ever talk bad about Roseville cycle or anything that has to do with Scott Davis or pretty much anything east of I5, north of Elk Grove and south of Arbuckle.
5. Then they will probably repeat number one again, because the thread got so long they didn't take the time to read all the post before theirs.

This sounds like how it is every time I go there. When I look for someone to help me they duck out of the way so I don't see them. Then the last time that I was there I actually got some help, asked the kid a couple of questions and I think that his response was "yeah dude, I'm not sure" as he walked away. I guess you get what you pay for, being a weekend salesman is just a good way to get discounted parts.

Re: Horrible Service At Roseville Cycle
I drive all the way from Fremont to Yamaha Of Modesto ( 1hr 15 mn ) because they KNOW what customer service is, and they stock most everything. Check them out ! They'll even ship overnight to ya'. They ALLL Moto too ! They are one of the MOST visible race shops at local events. If you need help while at a race, look for their tent, and ask for Nick. They're more than happy to help anyone !

I feel so sorry for you Zach, you have such a mixed up view of things. He handled this perfectly. He explained the problem, explained how he tried to rectify the situation and didnt get what he expected so he posted it on this board.
Get over the Scott Davis, E Street thing.
You have some issues you should try working out.

Dude your joking right, because I am. I have no problem with E-street or Scott Davis I like both of them just fine and I also think he handled it right. I just posted what normally happens when someone makes a perfectly good post like he did.
And based on your response the other day I think your the one with the problems that need to be worked out. Reread WHAT YOU POSTED below, yes you have issues.
"are you ****ing serious. Get off your ****ing high horse. Congratulations you prep Club Moto all the time Big ****ing deal. Nobody is censoring anything. Yes censorship is spelled with a "C".
I am trying to organize my website the best the I can. If its so bad get the **** OUT. At lease then I wont have to listen to you bitch and moan about how you work so hard on the Club and dont get to ride it."
Why do people always have to make shiit personal. I'm out.
