The Club was good (Tuesday Night)
Rolled in and almost got stuck in the parking lot. Was doubting the place hard at that point but the kid who signed me in said "we prepped it in most places". And you know what The place does drain very well. When they give the place attention it can come together.
But it was tilled and while the till sucked, it slowly worked it's way. Slowly because there were NO big bore riders, NOT enough fast guy's to make the lines and just ....not many riders, overall.
It got good, good ruts you could shove the tires in, and yes, once the till worked away, the hardpack lines were a touch slick if you didn't roll it ON but.......the track did it's thing. I was very pleased. I basically rode 'til I couldn't then cracked a beer.
They do need to woodchip it in some areas and rip it deeper (check me out, now I am an expert) but I found the flow and had some very very good moto's (FOR me) once it came together. I just wish I arrived later....
#265 ON a yamaha was looking good AND threw out a big one footer.
So I did too....NOT FULL extension but CLOSE. I did mine ON the jump ON top OF the hill.....
Also that new dbouble WHERE the whoops were......a few times I had the power ON early enough IN the turn WHERE I thought....
I'm a spode AND A keyboard junkie....whatever that means. But I won't be forever AND this IS my report.

the woodchips are a must during the winter to help the track hold the water than it takes when it rains, if not its just the muck, they need to learn how to till that place deeper and make sure the dirt doesnt turn into big boulders

As usual you are right on, max.
I was cross rutting and praying often in those rolly boulders, especially after the table running up the hill in the early going......it was commandeering my front wheel and making me pray......but once it got the line(s).....you could run the whole track pretty fast.
Didn't see anyone hit the "new" DOUBLE but the DOUBLE WHERE the whoops used TO be, looks pretty fun.
That line looks DOUBLE single single single AS the LAST three ARE NOT lippy AND kinda small......but what do I know

double, wheelie off the first one, wheeltap the second one and get your front wheel over the last one, just a guess. i really hope they actually start putting some time into that place, keep the reviews coming

Actually, adding more woodchips during the winter is a bad thing. The woodchips cause the track to hold water, so after a rain, the track would stay soaking wet forever. If the track is too wet it can't be prepped properly. AND ripping deeper wouldn't really help. Although CM is ripped, the tilling is what breaks up the dirt. The roto tiller needs more teeth, and they need to be positioned properly, which is not easy... just so you spodes know, now. [ ]

Ha ha,
I don't even know what a spode IS that's how much of a spode I am. I rode with Max twice, so if I am a spode there is no way he can be.
Kid jumped over me once.....
But how do they rip or till it The need to till those 3 inch diameter baseballs of clay somehow.
Bring in sand And lots of it

not sand , darnoc14 nailed it about the rototiller . it needs constant , daily repairs and mutant wont hire3 the people needed to do the job right . i know because i had at least twice as many employees doing the same job juan is trying to do by himself . sand only wears the rototiller out faster because its abrasive . also 4 parts sand to 1 part cement makes concrete , 1/2 sand 1/2 clay does the same thing . it would take thousands of tons of sand to soften it that way . if only we could flood it with a river once a year , maybe we could get enough . i never knew that about the woodchips, i just know when there is a bucnh of sawdust and woodchips in a corner, its usually alot better traction. i have no idea how to rip or till a track, all i know is that the layout at club moto is pretty good, but the track prep just sucks, if they actually prepped the whole width of the track, there might be...TWO ruts in every corner...maybe.
